Matthew Dear - Slowdance (Video)

Matthew Dear has got to be up there in my top 10 fave artists ever. His techno sets are some of the best memories i have of clubbing- once he started his set to a packed room 2 in fabric and cleared it in about 3 mins with a injection of bass and bat noises which servilely freaked most of the room out only for the set after that point to be one of the best i've ever heard. His music moving away from the beats and beats to the more traditional song set up are also mind blowing. This track, from his album Black City that came out last year, is truly beautiful and the video, that has just been made, matches up to that! Continuing the lack of colour that the album theme has been pushing this video actually brings out qualities in the music i hadn't even noticed. I can't stop watching it and have gone back to the album and enjoyed it even more than before. Check the video out here -
